Richard O'Sullivan created CAMEL-11080:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: OnExceptionDefinition validation ignores redeliveryPolicy
field
                 Key: CAMEL-11080
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-11080
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: camel-core
    Affects Versions: 2.16.5
         Environment: Linux, Java 1.7
            Reporter: Richard O'Sullivan
            Priority: Minor

The OnExceptionDefinition provides DSL methods redeliveryPolicy(...) and
redeliveryPolicyRef(...) to configure a reusable RedeliveryPolicy instance.
However, the validateConfiguration() method does not include redeliveryPolicy
as one of the possible options. Thus, the following trows a
IllegalArgumentException:

.onException(IOException.class)
    .redeliveryPolicy(myRedeliveryPolicy)
.end()

Note: The getOrCreateRedeliveryPolicy() creates a new
RedeliveryPolicyDefinition() and should get its initial properties from
redeliveryPolicy, when the latter is set, methinks.

Note: The getRedeliveryPolicy() and setRedeliveryPolicy(...) act on a
RedeliveryPolicyDefinition instead of a RedeliveryPolicy. Bug?
