Addressed all 3 points raised in individual commits:
1. Removed Maven Ant plugin version since inherited from parent pom
2. In the instructions moved the 'resources:resources' from building to
running
3. Added .gitignore with module.ceylon in it to cater for the copying on the
src/ dir that is under git
