   Thanks for the effort! I don't think this will solve our issue in CI build. 
The problem is not related to running tests, but to running any Maven phase 
that invokes Ceylon Maven plugin without having packaged artifact of Camel 
dependencies in the Maven reactor. In that case Maven will resolve from the 
reactor a `target/classes` directory and not the JAR file as Maven Ceylon 
plugin requires.
   This can be easily reproduced by running `./mvnw compile -pl 
:camel-core,:camel-example-ceylon`.
