[LEGAL-153|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-153] is about using GPL
code in test, it makes sense that GPL could compromise ASL of our source
release.
[LEGAL-207|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-207] the issue is closed
and it should be discussed case by case.
Using LGPL library in the test code doesn't compromise the ASL of our source
release kit, if we don't include the LGPL library into our convenience binaries
it should be fine.
