[~smile_outreachy] the {{M} in {{-M4}} suffix is short for milestone, it's
common for projects to release versions that are either milestone, release
candidates, beta or similar. With that, the full version of the release
includes suffixes like that. Read about extensions in the [Antora
documentation|https://docs.antora.org/antora/2.1/playbook/configure-asciidoc/].
There is also a [repository with sample
extensions|https://gitlab.com/antora/antora-asciidoctor-extensions] in the
Antora project.
Please do a bit of research, see the trade-off between using an extension vs
defining this version in the camel-quarkus repository.
