To help optimize the core, then it would be good to not register error handlers
in JMX as there is some tangle from model to the jmx mbean naming.
This is a ticket to remember to look into this, as either remove the error
handler mbeans as they are not kpi metrics anyway.
But there may be another way to keep them with some alternative way of mbean
naming we can try first.
