Download pages such as https://camel.apache.org/releases/release-3.4.4/ must
contain a sigs, hashes, a link to KEYS and info on the need to verify downloads
and how to do so.
AFAICT they only contain the sigs.
Please add the missing items.
Also many of the links for older releases are broken.
