Omar, we would need to align this with camel-quarkus as it relies heavily on
vert.x which is scheduled for march/april 2021 to be supported

So can we move this to a future Camel.
Also since vertx 4.0.0 is brand new it would take some releases to mature and
stabilize. So its better to stay on 3.9.x for a while longer.
