PR merged and SB starter added.
To configure proxy and authentication, then you may consider allowing to
configure them on component level too, so you dont need to repeat this for
every endpoint.
However this implies you use the same proxy/authentication for the
component/endpoints. And if you need more then you can do it per endpoint, or
register a 2nd component.
