Summary: Inconsistency between camel-catalog and camel-core-model

camel-catalog and camel-core-model are different, ex.
1. in camel-catalog we have _expression_ and _serviceCall_ that are not in
camel-core-model
2. camel-core-model we have _json_ data format requires for
marshal/unmarshal{*},{*} however in camel-catalog only specific _json libraries_
3. Expression languages are different
3. Folder names: _model_ vs {_}models{_}, _dataformat_ vs _dataformats,
language vs languages_
4. Folder structures: _dataformat_ inside _model_ vs _dataformat_ in the same
as _models_
