Ilya - I have just searched my API log - and there is NO line(s) when the issue
happened (I expected to see 2 api lines with deployVm.., one that failed, and
than the second that was executed fine - since I clicked on the URL in the
firebug on the exact api URL) - but there is ony the line that was successfuly
executed - so as Alex said - this seems like JS issue - the same seems true
(although I could not catch the error) - for the second issue described here -
breadcrumb issue - geting back to home page, instead of Instances list etc...
