Hi,
I think I got something that sort of works. So root passwd, ssh keys,
self-resize should all work across all HVs (only tested KVM and XS).
Let me know if you hit any issues.
What remains to be done is the VMDK > OVA conversion, waiting for Ilya on this
one.
