    @nitin-maharana now almost everything is ok.
    There is only one problem. the 
"org.apache.commons.lang.StringUtils.isBlank" also returns true if the value is 
null or empty. Therefore, you can remove the "userSpecifiedName == null || 
userSpecifiedName.isEmpty() " conditions.
