Storage for KVM templates

@nvazquez before I start reviewing I have some doubts. Can you answer them?
I read your PR description, which is nicely detailed (as always a very good
work!). However, I have some more specific doubts.

   * Is it specific for KVM (I am assuming it is)?

   * Will the template/ISO be downloaded as soon as you register it? Or only
when there is the need for such volume/ISO?

   * After the template/ISO is downloaded, if there is no VMs instantiated from
this template or no VMs using the ISO, is the volume(ISO/volume of the
template) cleaned up?

   * As soon as we delete a template in ACS, is the file deleted in that
moment? Or is it only marked as “Destroyed”, and just later a thread will
remove it?
