Thanks for your time @rafaelweingartner, let me answer your questions:
- Yes, this feature is specific for KVM
- Template/ISO does not get downloaded when registered. Download is
performed when they are needed.
- No, once it gets downloaded it would be there unless explicitly removed
- It does not get deleted at that moment, it gets marked for garbage
collection on template_spool_ref and then physically deleted when gc task
executes
