Besides upgrading JUnit 5, we need to get rid of {{junit-addons}},
{{mockobjects-core}} and {{mockobjects-jdk1.4-j2ee1.3}}. The first two have
dependencies on JUnit 4, the last two haven't had any updates since 2005.
