[~ggregory] : I've updated spotbugs to use snapshots repo and so
6.11.0-20250916.141220-9 version.
See https://github.com/spotbugs/spotbugs/pull/3712 state.
I've tested it also manually on random SDK projects I have and so far didn't
found any regressions.
