PR https://github.com/spotbugs/spotbugs/pull/3712 will be NOT merged to
spotbugs, we don't want to force downstream consumers to use snapshot versions
of BCEL.
It was meant to be a demo only for this specific ticket.
[~ggregory]: as you've requested, the PR shows we (spotbugs) are (functionally)
OK with the snapshot of BCEL, but we still need a final version of BCEL that
supports Java 25.
