## Summary This PR addresses missing and outdated `@param` tags across three classes in `commons-text`: 1. `RandomStringGenerator`: The private constructor `RandomStringGenerator(final Builder builder)` still listed the 5 legacy parameters (`minimumCodePoint`, `maximumCodePoint`, `inclusivePredicates`, `random`, `characterSet`) instead of `@param builder`. 2. `BiFunctionStringLookup`: In `lookup(final String key, final P object)`, the second parameter `@param object` was not documented. 3. `XmlStringLookup`: In package-private constructor `XmlStringLookup(final Map<String, Boolean> xmlFactoryFeatures, final Map<String, Boolean> xPathFactoryFeatures, final Path... fences)`, the varargs parameter `@param fences` was not documented. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
