OK, I will fix these and resubmit, probably tomorrow. Most of them seem
simple. I can submit an archive file instead of a patch.
For the item about not computing means and standard deviations: people (such as
myself) may want to provide the raw data array. In that case, the means and
covariance matrices have to be computed. Are you saying users shouldn't do
this, meaning that they should compute it before creating the object? Or that I
should try to use existing classes to compute the mean and covariance within
these new classes?
