Some last few changes which I think improves the PR significantly. Like in the original post I really don't like submitting generated content. Utilising an empty gradle project we are able to now generate the wrapper on the fly rather than checking it in and redistributing it. Using an empty project allows us to avoid AGP's version requirements when running the system gradle. Allowing us to use virtually any gradle version to generate the 8.6+ gradle wrapper.
