------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Aug 28 09:30:10 +0000 2009 ------- I downloaded the German version OOo_3.1.1rc1_20090807_MacOSXPowerPC_install_de.dmg from the link given: http://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/3.1.1rc1_20090807/ Having some problems with it, I went into help, either from a window or from the bar at top, menue Hilfe -> OpenOffice.org Hilfe F1. I look for an item like "writer" with "search" (German: "Suchen") and get a pop up "no subjects found (German: "Keine Themen gefunden"). I get the same error for any string, such as the string "a". After aknowledging the pop up I can click on a title in the window to the right "OpenOffice.org Writer-Hilfe" and sure enough every "a" is highlighted.
