For confidential stuff, Tora and I are listed as project leads, so people can contact us offlist. If we open up such a mail address for users, I promise we will get lots of e-mails from people asking how to download, and it will be impossible to reply. I monitor the webmast...@ooo account and from day to day, we even there get questions from users regarding downloads, and most of them are simply related to end-user mistakes, not errors on mirrors.
