Current progress: these are now up:

- derived from the MapR 4.0.1 release
This will require that the MapR Maven repository is used at the top-level,
rather than only in mapr profile.
The alternative is to wrestle with various Maven plugins to download winutils
and put it in the distribution, although the MapR Maven repository will still
effectively be referenced for all profiles in this case.
I will be working on the first option, unless it breaks an Apache rule.
