I think code reviewers/ developers often miss adding the labels on the Jira
(after they review the PR and give a +1) so I am trying to help out. [~arina]
in this case, I added the ready-to-commit label based on [~ben-zvi] +1, but
after that, there were some more review comments from [~vrozov].
