@paul-rogers
I would like to clarify the use of the user's timezone.
1) Functions to convert time stamp from string and back use UTC time zone
2) TimeStampAccessor uses UTC timezone
3) QueryContextInformation#queryStartTime is filled with value obtained from
System#currentTimeMillis.
This method returns a timestamp in UTC timezone (aka UNIX timestamp)
(https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/lang/System.html#currentTimeMillis())
What timezone should I use in the age function?
