[~norrisl] Would you be able to put together a small querySubmitter like
program I can build and test with? I will try to reproduce and debug on the
server side. I have not been able to reproduce this with the QuerySubmitter
program either on a local machine or on a three node cluster.
WRT the 'bad messages' fix, it would be good to submit the patch on top of
DRILL-1305. I'll change this JIRA to be dependent on DRILL-1305.
