Please note that this alone will not solve the problem on the machines where
the corrupt jar was already downloaded as the corrupt artifacts are not
SNAPSHOT versions. On such machine the you'll need to delete the folder
{{$\{HOME}/.m2/repository/net/hydromatic}} and retry the build.
