Actually, I wasn't talking about the build failures; I suppose manually
deleting the jars is the best option at this point. I was talking about
DRILL-1421, DRILL-1445, DRILL-1455 which have dependencies on Optiq changes and
before bumping up the Optiq version it would be good to resolve the repository
lookup order.
