[~adamsaghy] I think JDK 25 should be ok as it's actually recommended
(https://www.moderne.ai/blog/spring-boot-4x-migration-guide)... because the
next Spring/Boot (7.1.x/4.1.x) version are almost ready... and from there the
alignment with JDK releases will be more aggressive.
