All issues found with the PR was fixed. * WorkingCapitalLoanLifecycleStateMachine unit test added * Backfill added * Statemachine incorrectness on overpayOnDate fuild is handled outside of statemachine, because the incorrectness caused by optimization of transaction recalculation. ie backdated transaction.
