LGTM! The OpenAPI annotations have been added consistently across the four
controllers. The descriptions are concise and accurately reflect the existing
controller behavior.
One check is currently failing due to Spotless formatting. I’ve added the
steps above to resolve it. Once CI is green, this looks good to merge
