## Description Problem: The WC delinquency range schedule is generated only once, on first disbursement, from the delinquency bucket in force at that moment; undo disbursal left it in place, so the next disbursement skipped generation and kept the old bucket's periods even after the loan's bucket was overridden via modify. Fix: In the undo disbursal now deletes the loan's delinquency range schedule and its tag history (tags first, due to the FK), so the next disbursement rebuilds it from the loan's current delinquency configuration.
