In case a loan is disbursed on 31 January, then approved and disbursed with
monthly repayment frequency, number of repayments 4.

Set reschedule-repayments-on-holidays to true
2 holidays, 31 March (repayment rescheduled to 30 March) and 31 May (repayment
rescheduled to 27 May).
