@rymghosn Please review below concern: **Issue (confirmed by the review agent on PostgreSQL 16 with the PR’s own SQL):** - When the migration’s first pass renames a row and that row’s original name had 30 or more characters, the second pass writes back the same value. - The ADD CONSTRAINT then fails, so the tenant migration and startup fail. - This is exactly the clash the description says the second pass handles. **Fix:** append to a shorter prefix in the second pass (for example SUBSTRING(name,1,25)). - Also: renumber 0258 because of the clash with [apache/fineract#6533](https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/6533). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
