MySQL shard 14 caught one more problem: with the GROUP BY fix in place, "Loans Awaiting Disbursal Summary by Month" now actually runs on MySQL, and it failed with `Data type 'INT UNSIGNED' is not supported`. `YEAR()` returns INT UNSIGNED on MySQL, which the report result mapping does not handle. The `mysql-reports-only-full-group-by` changeset now also casts the Year column with `cast(year(...) as signed)` (and adds that expression to the GROUP BY so ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY accepts it). The other two reports in that changeset did not have this issue. Checked locally on MySQL 8.4: before the change the report returned the same 503, after it Year comes back as BIGINT, and `StretchyReportsSmokeTest` passes (40/40).
