Rebased onto develop. #6613 merged with `0261_transaction_summary_reports_for_working_capital_loans.xml`, so this changelog part is now `0262_fix_postgresql_report_sql.xml` (no other change). Since the smoke test runs every Table report, it now also covers the two new Working Capital transaction summary reports; locally on PostgreSQL it passes 42/42 with this branch's changesets running after 0261. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
