On scheduler resume, a misfired job's replay was fired with the "cron"
trigger type, same as a normal periodic fire. processJobDetailForExecution
vetoes a "cron" fire whose nextRunTime is in the future, but startScheduler
advances nextRunTime to the future immediately after queuing the replay, racing
the async veto check on another thread - so the replay could veto itself, and
isMisfired/isMismatchedJob were cleared either way, losing the record of the
missed run.

Fire the replay with the "application" trigger type instead (same type
already used by the manual /jobs/{id}?command=executeJob API), which bypasses
that cron-specific veto condition without weakening it for genuinely-not-due
cron fires.
