The only failing check (E2E Tests, Shard 1 of 20) is the Working Capital UC40 scenario added in FINERACT-2455, which looks flaky: it failed on develop at ad98847, passed at 4c9ec8d, and failed here, while this PR only changes `TaxUtils`. I reported it as [FINERACT-2989](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2989) (flaky tests: FINERACT-850) and will close and reopen this PR to re-run the build, as described in CONTRIBUTING. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
