[WIP] [FLINK-1993] [ml] - Replace MultipleLinearRegression's custom SGD
with optimization framework's SGD
WIP PR that performs MLR using the optimization framework. Currently
investigating the discrepancie in the test results. Not that the definition for
SquaredLoss is different from the original MLR implementation.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
