btw, why do we need to pass `tmResourceSpec` if there is already a class
field `taskExecutorResourceSpec`?
also, looks like `taskExecutorResourceSpec` is not adjusted with the really
created container memory, previously taken from `resource.getMemory()`. Maybe
we do not need to pre-create `taskExecutorResourceSpec`.
