In particular, we separate concepts from language-specific examples and drop outdated overviews. Specific changes are documented in the commit messages. Two notes for reviewers: * Please double check my python code, I a particularly adept python developer * The page modules.rst feels lacking in content, I decided it would be better to get this PR out now and to get feedback but I suspect some of you will have idea's on what to do with that page.
