Review comment:
The reason I removed this test case is that the API of the `JobTable` no
longer allows to create two `JobManagerConnections`. Hence the previous
behaviour is now tested via
`DefaultJobTableTest#getOrCreateJob_RegisteredJob_WillReturnRegisteredJob` and
`#connectJob_Connected_Fails`.
