Review Comment:
   It's silly, but this "just works". There is no specs . 
   This is a class copied&pasted in a gazillion of OSS projects, including big 
ones.
   (try searching "Sample AWS4 signer demonstrating how to sign requests to 
Amazon S3" in GitHub)
   Any unit test would be written reverse-engineering the implementation, so 
useless.
