Review Comment:
   The problem, as I see it, is somewhat similar to the problem with LATERAL: 
`expandSqlIdentifiers` was also used until the CALCITE version was updated 
where the problem was already resolved.
   
   Is correct use of `MATCH_RECOGNIZE` in `CREATE VIEW` syntax important to us? 
If it is, we can leave `expandSqlIdentifiers` until the CALCITE version update 
(1.42.0).
   What do you think?
