Follow-up: generalized the test gate to `@EnabledIfEnvironmentVariable(named = ES_HOST, matches = .+)`, so any non-empty Elasticsearch endpoint can enable the suite instead of requiring an HTTP URL scheme. The focused Spotless check and all 6 `ElasticsearchVectorStoreTest` cases pass locally.
