Closing as not planned. We will distribute the Skill directly from GitHub and install it with `npx skills`, for example: ```bash npx skills add 'apache/flink-agents#main@flink-agents-dev' ``` This decouples Skill improvements and fixes from Flink Agents releases: users can obtain an updated Skill without waiting for a new framework release. Git release tags remain available when a reproducible snapshot is needed, but they are not a prerequisite for Skill distribution or updates. No separate Skill archive or npm package is needed. Discovery using the shorthand above was verified with `skills` CLI 1.7.2 in `--list` mode; it found `flink-agents-dev`. This establishes discovery, not full installation or coding-agent execution. Installation and usage documentation and the relevant verification remain in #1236. Any release-specific website or announcement entries can be handled as part of normal release preparation. #1236 and #1225 have been updated to remove the dependency on this release task.
