Linked issue: #1225 ### Purpose of change Switch nine source links across four release-0.3 docs pages from hard-coded `blob/main` to `gh_link`, which follows `Branch = "release-0.3"` in this branch's `config.toml`. Two of them, in the Parallel LLM Quickstart, now return 404 because #1271 removed their targets from main. Backports the source-link fix from #1285. ### Tests Built the docs with Hugo 0.110.0.
