Sorry for my Ambiguous semantics mentioned above:
Yes. Just adding a few minor changes.
- `private final int additionalCostMillisPerRecord;` -> `private final int
additionalCostMillisPerBatch;`
The overview changed lines as:
```
private final int additionalCostMillisPerBatch;
private final int recordsPerBatch;
private int numRecordsForCurrentBatch;
```
