first step of having a duplicate hive2 sink looks okay in unit tests. need to
figure out some packaging stuff and maybe if I can consolidate the
implementation. I'm starting to feel like it'd be worth keeping this Jira to
just updating to Hive 1.2.2 and make a different one that encapsulates
officially claiming we support hive 2 and maybe hive 3.
